Grand Relations enters a strategic PR partnership with the multi-award-winning Swedish design studio Note. The assignment includes strategic counseling, and PR and communication in the Scandinavian and global markets.
Note Design Studio was founded in Stockholm in 2008 and has since established itself as one of Scandinavia’s most frequently commissioned and acclaimed design studios. For example, Note has collaborated with Fritz Hansen, Lammhults, Hermès, Wekino, Fogia, Tarkett, and Vestre. In addition, Note has created designs and interiors for the Nordic Museum, the Vasa Museum, and many other public spaces.
”Note has been a leading player on the Scandinavian design scene for a long time, and has been well-deservedly awarded many times. Innovation, courage, fresh perspectives, versatility, and sustainability are just some words that describe the design studio,” says Tove Regnander, Senior PR Advisor and co-founder of Grand Relations.
As a design studio, Note is not limited to a certain category of products or projects but works across many different design fields, from product design to installations, interior design, architecture, graphic design, and more. Now, the studio will increase its international focus, fully in line with how Grand Relations works with their clients.
”We very much appreciate Note’s design philosophy, creative vision, and pioneering spirit. They challenge conventions and create groundbreaking and always relevant design work in every project they take on. That’s why we are very proud to partner with Note, and we look forward to an exciting 2025 together,” says Grand Relations CEO and co-founder Hans Hjelmqvist.
”This feels great for us. We have known Hans and Tove for a long time, and through some common clients and projects, we have also had the opportunity to get to know each other on a professional level. This made us feel comfortable to start a more comprehensive collaboration with Grand Relations,” says Cristiano Pigazzini, co-founder of Note.
Note’s second co-founder, Johannes Karlström, explains that Note sees several benefits in the new PR partnership:
”We look forward to continuing to deliver unique projects to our partners and ourselves. Now, not least through our new studio in Copenhagen, we will increase our global presence. This is the basis for the partnership with Grand Relations, since they will not only help us handle media inquiries but also be an advisory partner and support our various PR activities in Sweden and internationally,” says Karlström.
In addition to opening a brand new studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, Note has been working on several innovative projects in 2024, such as creating spatial guidelines, alongside a team of creatives and engineers, at Neko Health, a new health tech company started by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Spotify founder Daniel Ek. This project will continue in 2025 with international establishments. In 2025, Note will also present new collections for various design brands and several prestigious architecture projects.
The partnership between Grand Relations and Note began on November 1, 2024, and includes strategic advising and PR and communication in Scandinavia and globally.
