On, February 1, Stockholm Design Days opened with a design dinner hosted by NK Interior at the historic restaurant Bobergs Matsal, led by the renowned chefs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le. The evening assembled international press, designers, architects and key voices from the Swedish design scene. In the iconic Ljusgården at NK, champagne was served while NK Interior’s CEO Kadi Harjak presented the exhibition and this year’s design initiative ’Stay Curious’.

Harjak introduced a selection of designers whose work reflects the breadth of contemporary Swedish design, spanning materials, disciplines and generations. In addition to this she also presented a collaboration with Ung Svensk Form.

Participating designers included Mimmi Blomquist, Malin Pierre, Niklas Runesson, Lisa Hilland, Nick Ross, Gustav Winsth, Sekt, Pia Wallén and Cappelen Dimyr, among others.
