During Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2019, BAUX introduced the new 100% bio-based acoustic panel, Baux Acoustic Pulp. The new product was developed in collaboration with the design studio Form Us With Love, and a high-tech life science laboratory. The material organically mimic nature’s own characteristic such as fire retardancy properties of grass roots, water repellency of lotus flowers, and strength created from the catalytic combination of potatoes, plant wax and citrus fruits. The panels were previewed for the first time at the furniture fair, where BAUX won the prestigious title ’Best Stand’. Grand Relations invited premium publications from across the world to take part of the revolutionary preview.
